Visit Guidelines for Holland Hospital Physician Offices
Holland Hospital physician offices and the new Walk-In Care clinic in Zeeland are open to provide for you and your family’s primary and specialty health care needs as well as ill visit appointments. Added precautions are in place to keep you safe during this time of social distancing, including pre-screening, curbside check in and skin temperature checks for all those who enter our facilities.
In-Person Visits
- Patients at Holland Hospital Physician Offices may be accompanied by one person.
- All visitors must be screened upon arrival. Anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be advised to seek medical care and will not be allowed to visit.
- All Holland Hospital Medical Group Practices have the ability to provide virtual visits.
- All visitors must wear a hospital provided mask at all times.
Walk-In Care
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please call (616) 748-5778 to speak to a nurse prior to entering the building. Walk-In Care hours are Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 7 AM - 12 PM. Closed on Sundays.
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
Your provider may choose to complete a virtual visit with you and then determine if in person care or further testing is be needed.
Virtual Visits
- All Holland Hospital physician offices offer convenient Virtual Visits by video or telephone.
- To request a Virtual Visit, call your provider’s office to get set up. Office staff will help you establish a Patient Portal account, if you don’t already have one.
